About the Role

We are looking for a Care Support Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare.

The successful candidate will carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver quality care and support our residents. Key tasks include answering phones, handling files, supporting managers, meeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showcasing our care home to prospective clients.

To excel in this role, you should have good computer skills, a confident telephone manner, and be a people person. A genuine interest in our residents and their families is essential. We offer opportunities for skill development through courses designed to build your confidence.
