Medical Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized Medical Support Coordinator to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy. This role will provide administrative support to our healthcare clients in Winchester, ensuring seamless operations on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities- Manage appointments and patient interactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee medical record management, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations
- Handle correspondence, respond to queries, and maintain open communication channels
- Perform general office duties, including document preparation, filing, and photocopying
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working with CAREBIT software, be reliable, and able to work on a temporary basis. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
