As a Medical Support Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the operational needs of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the medical support services team, ensuring seamless delivery of administrative tasks.
  • With your expertise in healthcare administration, you will develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

This is a permanent position, paying £24,071 - £25,674 per year.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of medical support services.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including medical staff, nursing teams, and other departments.
