About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a combination of training and experience indicating ability to effectively perform essential job functions. You must possess a valid Driver's License, good driving record, and the ability to provide own transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and connect families with resources, opportunities, and other communities of support.
  • Work to keep families together, enhance their independence, and facilitate connections in the community and with other families.
Working Conditions

You may be exposed to allergenic environments from client's homes, including extreme heat, humidity, dust, smoke, pet contamination, cleaning supplies, etc. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer are also possible.

Benefits

We offer a complete benefits package, including enrollment in Virginia Retirement System. Our full-time employees enjoy a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
