Job Summary
  Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Psychotherapist Specialist Family to join their multidisciplinary team in Hampshire. As a key member of the Eating Disorder Service, you will provide high-quality specialist psychological therapy to children and young people with eating disorders and their families.
  This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with a passionate and dedicated team, using evidence-based approaches to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by these complex issues. You will be responsible for delivering direct case work, family therapy clinics, systemic consultation, and facilitating reflective spaces for staff. Your commitment to multidisciplinary team working and ability to travel across sites will be essential in this role.
  To be successful, you will need a recognised postgraduate qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy (or equivalent), accreditation with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), and a clear understanding of systemic principles and practice. A proven track record of delivering positive outcomes in family-based therapies is also essential. Experience of working in complex organisational contexts and representing psychological therapy within multi-disciplinary care is highly valued.
