Child Support Coordinator

Northwestern Community Services Board seeks a skilled Child Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will work with clients and their families to provide comprehensive support and connect them with community resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide in-home and community-based support services to clients with disabilities
- Assist clients in developing skills and accessing community resources
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized service plans
- Masters degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Special Education)
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing
- Lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds at times
