About the Role

As an Apprentice in Child Development, you will work closely with experienced staff to support the daily activities of our nursery. Your responsibilities will include assisting with educational programs, observing and recording children's progress, and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting children's learning and development through educational programs
  • Assisting with health and safety procedures, including supervising children during outdoor play
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and observations
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and education
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in child development and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You will also require good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
