Inspire young minds and help them develop essential skills in a fun and supportive environment as an Early Year's Educator at Childbase Partnership Limited. This relief role offers flexibility, working with children aged 0-5 years across the nursery, covering shifts between 07:30am-18:30pm on at least two days per week.

We are looking for someone who is naturally caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic, with experience working with children under five, ideally in a nursery setting. A strong interest in child development and how children learn is essential, as well as potentially undertaking an early years or teaching qualification.

The hourly pay rate for this position is competitive, at £11.88-£13.15 (level 3 or above), and comes with benefits including potential annual tax-free dividend payment, retail discounts, reduced ticket prices, 'recommend a friend' bonuses, complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.

Please note that you must live in the UK and hold suitable Right to Work documents. Prior to commencing employment, you will need to provide evidence of your RTW, qualification certificates, undertake an enhanced DBS check, and provide satisfactory references.
