Brendoncare St Giles View is a new development in our home city of Winchester, offering 60 en-suite residential, nursing, and dementia bedrooms.

We are seeking a Residential Care Coordinator to join our team, who can display an undeniable drive to provide high-quality care for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading care teams and medication administration
  • Supporting and training new care staff
  • Supporting residents with personal care, activities, and physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing

We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, plus a 10% hourly enhancement for night shifts and weekend shifts.
