Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Residential Care Team Member. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care.
Person Specification
  • Some experience of caring for older people, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
