Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Day Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Hartford Care. This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary of £23,500 - £28,000 per annum, including an additional £2,000 attraction payment.

Key Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
  • A valid L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • A compassionate and caring nature
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff members
  • A flexible approach to working hours

This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
