Catering Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Catering Team Leader to join our team in Winchester. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of multiple kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation, and leading a team of chefs to achieve excellence in culinary skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the daily operation of multiple kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • To lead a team of chefs, providing guidance and support to achieve excellence in culinary skills.
  • To work closely with management to develop menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • To maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or team leader, with a strong track record of leadership and teamwork.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
