Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage a Children's Home in Winchester. As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily life of young people and ensure they receive exceptional care and education services.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) and have a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.

With a large network of Homes across the UK, our client offers ongoing training and support for career development, with many regional managers promoted from within.

The annual package includes:

  • £10% bonus reviewed annually
  • £30% bonus accrued each year, paid as a future lump sum
  • £2,500 on-call bonus
  • £2,500 welcome bonus and £2,500 loyalty bonus
