About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Support Professional to join our team in Winchester. As a key member of our Specialist Care Support Team, you will play a crucial part in supporting an individual to live a meaningful and fulfilled life.

The purpose of this role is to empower the individual to achieve their life goals and aspirations through social, emotional, physical, and cultural requirements in a person-centred way, as outlined in their individualised care plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide companionship and support to enable the individual to maintain their independence.
  • To assist with cooking, domestic duties, personal care, attending appointments, and social activities.
  • To monitor changes in mood and develop techniques to calm and de-escalate.
