About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Professional to join our Specialist Care team in Winchester. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the individual with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic duties
  • Encourage participation in social activities, hobbies, and interests
  • Assist with transportation and community access
  • Monitor changes in mood and develop techniques to calm and de-escalate

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Health Studies)
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable individuals and their families

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
