Care and Support Professional

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team at Active Care Group.
As a Care and Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our client with respiratory complex needs in their own home. This will involve accompanying them on outings and visits to areas of interest, promoting their independence and well-being.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in care and be willing to learn new skills. You must also possess excellent communication skills, a kind and caring nature, and flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
Our client has a vast range of interests and enjoys going out in the community, so you should be able to support them in pursuing these activities. You will receive exceptional specialist training from the renowned Lane Fox Remeo Unit and ongoing support from our Clinical Nurse Manager.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £14.50 per hour, along with accrued holiday pay, regular consistent work, and flexible zero hours contracts or permanent contracts available. You will also benefit from our comprehensive training and development opportunities, including the Active Learning Hub and e-learning platform.
