**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our residential home for older adults. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and safety for our residents.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading and motivating care teams to deliver exceptional resident support.
  • Ensuring smooth operations, adhering to health, safety, and safeguarding regulations.
  • Developing strong relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Mentoring staff to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.
  • Monitoring quality standards to guarantee CQC compliance.
  • Addressing operational challenges and resolving issues efficiently.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in a leadership position within a care setting.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and relevant legislation.
  • A compassionate and resident-focused approach.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 4, 5, or equivalent).

**Salary Details**

The estimated salary range for this position is £31,000.
