About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support. You will work closely with our experienced care assistants, observing and supporting them to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising shifts, with a focus on effective team management and resident care
- Collaborating with team members to create a positive and supportive environment
- Providing individualized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
- Completed L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and caring nature
- Able to lead and motivate staff members, with a flexible approach to working hours
