About the Role

This position comes with an attractive attraction payment of £2000, paid in two instalments: £1000 on joining and £1000 after completing a probationary period. This offer is exclusive to direct applicants and subject to terms and conditions.

Hartford Care is seeking a skilled Day Senior Care Assistant to provide high-quality individualised care and support to residents during the day, promoting their privacy, dignity, and independence. As a leader, you will supervise and guide your team members, creating a caring atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and empathy
  • Leading and motivating team members to achieve exceptional standards of care
  • Monitoring activities logs and contributing to a positive, supportive environment

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
  • Completion of an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and a compassionate nature

We offer a competitive salary, reflective of industry standards, estimated at approximately £29,000 per annum, depending on location. Please note that this position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
