We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care, a leading provider of complex care packages within the community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to clients and their families.

About the Position:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled nurse to lead and manage a team of carers, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to deliver exceptional care. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage a team of carers, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to deliver exceptional care
  • To develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the needs of clients and their families
  • To work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain effective partnerships
  • To monitor and evaluate care delivery, making recommendations for improvement and innovation
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in care delivery
