Care Coordinator Specialist

About the Role:
As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and uploading weekly rotas for both service customers and care team members, ensuring all service users receive regular carers at their requested time and that the highest standards of care are maintained.
You will work closely with our dedicated team to ensure that our service users receive the best possible support, promoting independence and enabling them to reach their full potential. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Homecare provider in the country, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
In this role, you must have previous experience as a Care Coordinator with a solid understanding of the field, as well as strong organisational and administration skills. You will be expected to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, using your excellent administrative and communication skills to deliver exceptional service on behalf of the company internally and externally.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, with knowledge of care management software, and able to work flexibly and reliably. You will possess excellent organisational and people management skills, be an active team player, and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Key Responsibilities:

- Using care management software to manage rotas and communicate with staff
Salary: £28,000 (including £3,000 on-call allowance) plus annual bonus
