We are seeking a Resident Engagement Specialist to join our team at St Catherines View Home in Winchester, Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your musical talents and creativity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

You will be responsible for coordinating activities such as musical events, group singing, acting, games in the garden, minibus trips, and quizzes.

About the Role

As Resident Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing activity plans for our residents
  • Working with the team to coordinate events and activities
  • Maintaining high standards of care and safety in all aspects of your work
