Join our dedicated team at SCA Care as a specialist care support worker and make a positive impact on the lives of our customers. This role involves providing support and care to a woman living independently in Winchester area, enabling her to maintain her independence and engage in activities she enjoys. You will work closely with our customer to identify goals and aspirations, develop strategies to achieve them, and provide companionship and reassurance when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services. A full driving licence is essential for this position, as you will be required to drive our customer in her automatic car. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £26,500 per annum, 6 weeks' paid holiday, and a comprehensive training package.
