About the Role
As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in enhancing the life of an individual with complex needs. Our team is committed to providing quality-driven care services, and we are seeking an experienced and empathetic support worker to join our Specialist Care Support Team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in an individual's life. The purpose of this role is to support our customer to achieve life goals and aspirations through social, emotional, physical, and cultural requirements in a person-centred way, as outlined in the customer's individualised care plan. You will empower those you support to identify their goals, pursue their hobbies, and be part of the local community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide companionship and reassurance to our customer
• Assist with daily living tasks, including cooking and domestic duties
• Enable confidence and independence through person-centred approach
• Develop techniques to calm and de-escalate challenging situations
• Communicate clearly and sensitively with vulnerable people and their families
