Job Summary:

This Night Care Coordinator role involves overseeing the care needs of residents, supervising a team of Care Assistants, and working closely with the clinical team. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in caring for elderly individuals.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents, as well as collaborating with the clinical team on medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

Key Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Experience in caring for elderly individuals
  • Strong leadership skills

Salary:$48,000 - $62,000 per annum
