Receptionist and Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at Wellington Vale, a Top 20 Care Home Group 2024. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling phone inquiries, and supporting the Home Administrator with administrative tasks.
This is a part-time role (8hrs per week) on a Tuesday, with flexibility to cover annual leave and ad-hoc sickness, including some weekend working. You will work closely with our housekeeping team to maintain high standards in the reception area.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage incoming visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Handle phone inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Support the Home Administrator with HR-related tasks, including recruitment and data management.
- Organize internal meetings, coordinating logistics and ensuring requirements are met.
- Coordinate the staff meal process, ensuring seamless execution.
- Respond to emergency situations, providing calm and effective support.
- Maintain the reception area, upholding high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Excellent customer service skills, IT literacy, and previous telephone experience required. Knowledge of general administration and financial aspects of the role beneficial.
Estimated Salary:£11.91 per hour, plus company benefits.
