The role involves managing project finances, preparing valuations, and certifying subcontract payments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and motivational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key duties include preparing monthly contractor reports, managing contract documents, and maintaining health and safety standards. The successful candidate will also attend internal coordination meetings and participate in weekly labour meetings.

Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 pa, dependent on experience.
