Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs and value across various projects.
  • Analyse and provide commercial and financial data to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to prepare accurate forecasts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies for contract variation management.
  • Record and track changes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Agree and finalise accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding budget updates and targets.
  • Implement commercial processes to maximise contractual entitlement.
  • Procure and manage subcontracts effectively.
  • Meet project deadlines while ensuring quality and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven commercial administration experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of industry software and systems.

Benefits:

This role offers an attractive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
