We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ISBA Enterprises Limited, reporting to the Director of Finance & Resources.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an HR Assistant or Advisory role, ideally in a similar setting, and have been responsible for all areas of HR administration as well as providing advice on HR related issues in line with ACAS guidelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all HR documentation such as employment contracts and letters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in various spreadsheets and databases, generating reports as required.
  • Provide a first point of contact for all staff HR queries, liaising with senior leaders as needed.
  • Have a clear understanding of the School's policies and procedures to advise staff on matters such as family leave entitlements and processes.
