Call Centre Healthcare Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Call Centre Healthcare Specialist at the South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and ensuring they receive the best possible care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong desire to help others. You will be working in an office-based environment, using computerized systems to manage calls and assess patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
