Job Description
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Senior Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Senior Clinical Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, same-day emergency care to patients. This challenging yet rewarding role requires an individual who is motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Main Duties of the Job
- Provide initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and evaluation of care
- Utilize expert knowledge base and clinical skills to provide safe and efficient service to ambulatory medical patients
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Postgraduate diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice
- Registered Nurse with NMC
- Ability to demonstrate a good command of the English Language both written and verbal
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Previous experience in formal or informal teaching to patients and staff
