Job Overview

Main Duties of the Job
  • Deliver training and mentorship to colleagues across the organization, focusing on clinical skills and critical thinking.
  • Work closely with the training team to ensure effective delivery of training and mentorship.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may impact staff performance.
  • Develop and maintain clinical knowledge and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials.

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a recognized professional qualification, such as a registered general nurse, ECP, or paramedic. You will also need to have valid registration with the NMC/HPC and experience in a training environment. Additionally, you will need to have recent clinical experience, triage experience, and extensive clinical knowledge.

You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. If you have a degree-level qualification or are on a degree pathway, this is also desirable.
