Job Title: Team Leader Part Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader Part Time to join our team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our Family Integrated Care team, providing clinical expertise and education to staff, and supporting the development of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Family Integrated Care team, providing clinical expertise and education to staff.
  • Support the development of others, encouraging their participation in Family Integrated care in the Neonatal Unit.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-professional team caring for neonates, acting as a source of clinical expertise and a credible role model in the provision of direct patient care.
  • Contribute towards the governance of Child Health through participation in audit and the use of educational skills to provide evidence-based clinical education.
  • Act as the Trust link for the TV & Wessex Regional Neonatal Family Integrated care forum, and liaison with the Network Parent Engagement Lead.
  • Provide evidence for the use of education, training, maintenance of records, and participation in governance activities to support Clinical Managers meet governance requirements for the Trust.
  • Maintain development of personal knowledge, clinical skill, and experience to demonstrate clinical credibility.
