Clinical Educator/Auditor

The South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Educator/Auditor to join their team. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to utilize their clinical expertise to provide training and mentorship to colleagues across the organization.
As a Clinical Educator/Auditor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality standards of the organization and ensuring that staff receive the necessary training and support to deliver high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a recognized professional qualification, valid registration with the NMC/HPC, and experience in a training environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Main Duties of the Job- Deliver training and mentorship to colleagues across the organization
- Develop and maintain clinical skills and knowledge
- Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide expert systems knowledge and training
- Support service delivery targets and clinical indicators
