Ambulance Service Trainer

We are seeking a Clinical Educator and Auditor to join our Education and Development Team at South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to use your clinical experience and teaching skills to provide training and mentorship across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work with our training team to ensure the effective provision of training and support to our staff, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and audit services.
Key responsibilities will include developing and delivering training programs, assessing the effectiveness of training, and identifying areas for improvement.
As a Clinical Educator and Auditor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of staff and patients, and to contribute to the development of our clinical education and training programs.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and training, and who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a strong clinical background, teaching experience, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our patients and staff, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for staff
