Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse, midwife, or AHP to join our CNO team and support the delivery of our key priorities in 2024.

The role will involve providing support to our Education development team, deputising for the Associate Director of Nursing as required, and playing a key part in the New Hospital Programme.

Main Duties

Lead on the delivery of key projects for the CNO office to support the delivery of the 2024 priorities.

Be part of the New Hospital team, providing the CNO voice to support the clinical and workforce model.

  • 1st Level Registered nurse on relevant part of the NMC Register
  • Extensive experience in the acute healthcare setting in clinical leadership/clinical management position
  • Articulate with highly developed communication skills with the ability to network and build relationships at all levels, including interpersonal skills, liaison, and negotiation skills. Writing and presentation skills
