Our Cellular Pathology Department is committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic services, and we are seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Support Specialist to join our team.

As a permanent full-time position, this role offers an attractive salary of approximately £28,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Biomedical Scientists and clinical staff, performing a range of tasks that contribute to the diagnostic service, including sample handling, preparation, and tracking, consultant support during specimen dissection, patient data entry, and maintaining equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess literacy and numeracy skills to at least GCSE or equivalent level, as well as experience of dealing with sensitive information. Previous laboratory or NHS experience is desirable, but not essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team are also highly valued.
