Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Oversee the product strategy for Arqiva's media services, influencing millions daily;
  • Transform strategic objectives into revenue-generating products, managing the product lifecycle from inception to market success;
  • Engage deeply with product details to realize innovative concepts;
  • Promote modern and agile product delivery methodologies across the organization.

Product Development:

  • Guide delivery and business leaders to ensure alignment within the Media Services portfolio;
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities that align with strategic goals;
  • Encourage a culture of curiosity, challenging norms and striving for continuous improvement;
  • Champion customer and market understanding, balancing their needs with business objectives;
  • Drive product performance through key metrics and KPIs.

Team Leadership:

  • Foster a passion for team development, mentoring and motivating team members;
  • Lead the team responsible for delivering media services products and solutions globally;
  • Enhance product management capabilities within the organization through coaching and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive leadership experience with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a cross-functional environment;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-driven approach to learning;
  • Proven experience in delivering complex B2B digital products across various markets;
  • Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment;
  • In-depth knowledge of the media and broadcasting sector, with a vision for global service adoption;
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience in developing business cases for new technologies;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • A blend of curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to making a positive impact;
  • Experience in product portfolio management and forecasting.
