Job Description

Marketing Communications Specialist

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join their team. This specialist travel company operates a diverse range of holidays to worldwide destinations and requires a Marketing Communications Specialist to coordinate social media activity, create engaging content and artwork for advertising, e-newsletters and brochures, and contribute to the production of brochures for each of their specialist brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing communications strategies to promote the company's brand and products.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters and direct mail.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
  • Organize and coordinate digital and print advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality artwork.
  • Support the marketing team in the coordination of events and trade shows/exhibitions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data management and marketing activity coordination.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of A-level education, with a marketing degree or qualification being beneficial.
  • Travel industry experience is highly desirable.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in brochure production and creation of social media campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills for various formats.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and campaigns, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience in sourcing and editing imagery.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Photoshop.

Additional Information:

  • Salary dependent on experience, up to circa £33k.
  • Hybrid role, with 3 days office-based in Hampshire.
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
