Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nordic Sales Director to join our team at the William Blake Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Nordic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue in the Nordic region.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the Nordic market.
  • Sales Execution: Execute sales priorities and activities for the region, including direct prospecting, conference attendance, roadshows, and campaigns.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, including qualifying, progressing, and closing opportunities.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the investment teams to develop and articulate long-term trends and product gaps in the Nordic region.

Requirements:

  • Nordic Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the Nordic investment landscape, key dynamics, growth areas, and macro trends.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build relationships with asset owners in the Nordics.
  • Access to Decision Makers: Ability to access key decision-makers at relevant asset owners, providing valuable insights to them.
  • Sales Skills: Well-developed sales skills that seamlessly combine knowledge of the markets, knowledge of clients, and the ability to create demand to deliver value to clients and the firm.
