We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Auxillis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide world-class customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess liability and explain our services to customers, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
As a Customer Service Advisor at Auxillis, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
- A competitive salary of £22-£23,992.30, depending on experience.
- A monthly performance bonus of up to £280, with the potential to earn up to £3,360 per year.
