About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Auxillis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in helping to recover the cost of keeping our customers mobile during their insurance claim by negotiating settlements and payments with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate settlements and payments with insurance companies to recover costs for our customers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to their claims
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to ensure smooth claims processing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure excellent customer service

  • A competitive salary of £22-£23,992.30 depending on experience
  • A monthly performance bonus of up to £280 (£3,360 per annum)
