As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in helping to recover the cost of keeping our customers mobile during their insurance claim by negotiating settlements and payments with insurance companies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate settlements and payments with insurance companies to recover costs for our customers
  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers during times of need
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experience
