Customer Service Representative

Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for resolving customer complaints? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Auxillis, a leading provider of bespoke accident claims and mobility services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate settlements and payments with insurance companies to recover costs for customers
  • Agree the best outcome for customers in all circumstances
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and resolve their complaints
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to negotiate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Customer service or insurance experience is a plus, but not required
