About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Auxillis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, providing them with a positive experience and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assess liability and explain our services to clients
  • Help clients log their accident details and resolve claims
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,369.35 - £23,992.30 depending on experience, plus a monthly performance bonus of up to £280 and a tax-free £500 success bonus on passing probation. You will also receive 24 days annual leave, increasing to 26 days with service, plus public holidays and an extra day's leave to celebrate your birthday.
