About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Auxillis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in helping to recover the cost of keeping our customers mobile during their insurance claim by negotiating settlements and payments with insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate settlements and payments with insurance companies to recover costs for our customers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims and ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and other stakeholders
