We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Auxillis. Key Responsibilities- Negotiate settlements and payments with insurance companies to recover costs for our customers
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve claims and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and other stakeholders
