Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Auxillis. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers navigate the claims process.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate settlements and payments with insurance companies to recover costs for our customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize your negotiation skills to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers.
As a Customer Service Representative at Auxillis, you will enjoy a competitive salary, plus the opportunity to earn a monthly performance bonus of up to £280. You will also receive a tax-free £500 success bonus upon passing probation.
