Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests using the correct security procedures
* Answer phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
* Manage service mailbox and book meeting rooms and hospitality
* Assist visitors with concierge services and offer administrative support to clients
* Maintain the default standard of the reception area and meeting rooms
* Update weekly and monthly reports
* Act as an appropriate representative of the AEGON property helpdesk, reporting faults, updating logs, and chasing outstanding issues
Requirements:
* Pro-active and flexible with a strong customer focus
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Previous reception experience within a similar style environment would be beneficial
* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
