Corporate Receptionist

**SUMMARY OF THEROLE**
The Receptionist ensures the efficient and effective management of the day-to-day operations of the building and is the initial point of contact for occupiers and visitors to the building. The individual will embody the highest standards of Tenant service and will be the main front of house representative working from the newly refurbished reception and will be central to the creation of a tenant community at the building.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 0900-1500 (30 hours per week)
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Tenant Relations
- Ensure the highest level of service is always met, and that all Tenants, visitors, contractors and members of the public are addressed with tact, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Be visible and available to our Tenants as their first point of contact.
- Communicate with Tenants on all queries, complaints, comments, operations, events, memos/notices and troubleshooting, and provide positive and prompt feedback and solutions.
- Assist with Tenant satisfaction surveys as required.
Operations
- Assist with managing the day-to-day operations and requirements of the building.
- Assist with managing the day-to-day maintenance, security, and cleaning services of the building.
- Report all building and Tenant problems and facilitate troubleshooting.
- Ensure all supplies and consumables are well stocked and managed.
Community Management
- Ensure Tenant compliance and understanding of ‘Occupiers Handbook, resulting in harmonious Tenant
relationships.
- Report and liaise with management on any marketing requirements for the building, including assistance with local and on-site marketing of the building, it’s services, and products, and the distribution of brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Assist management with social media platforms and workplace communications.
- Management of any internal Tenant events within the approved budget and building capabilities.
- Collaboration with serviced office operator and their occupiers.
Other duties
- As directed, undertake other duties which are incidental and peripheral to the key responsibilities, provided that such duties are reasonably within the requirements and responsibilities of the position.
**EXPERIENCE**
- Preferably experience in hotel management, property management, sales and/or public relations
- Tenant and/or client relations
- Contract Service Administration
- Security management
- Emergency procedures
- Policy manual and administration
- Staff personnel administration and training
**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Good people skills

- Must always conduct yourself in a helpful and professional manner
- Proactive, forward-thinking with a positive attitude and drive
- Vigilance and an eye for detail
- Management, leadership and supervision skills with the ability to work unsupervised or as a wider team
- Familiarity with building systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
