Corporate Receptionist

We are looking for someone with past corporate reception experience, exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills to support our client's reception desk in Edinburgh city center.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
Permanent
Monday to Friday
Shifts between 7.30am to 7pm
£25,000
The day-to-day tasks would include:
- Meeting and Greeting Clients, making sure they always receive a 5*service
- Booking conference rooms
- Answering switchboard calls
- Making sure all client meeting rooms are always kept clean and tidy
- Managing a busy shared inbox
- General administration duties as required
- Good communication skills both writing and verbal
- Reception experience (preferably from a corporate background) would be beneficial but not essential
- Good organisational and time management skills are essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload
